Manor Community Day 5K
The Manor Community Day 5K is a community health event at Timmermann Park in Manor, TX. The event aims to promote healthier habits among low-income families by encouraging physical activity and healthier food choices. Participants can walk or run a 5K course and receive healthy snacks and refreshments after finishing.
The event also provides free health screenings and other free health resources from local organizations. Registration has a fee of $30.00, but the fee is waived for anyone who presents a MAP Medical Access Program card at on site registration. On-site registration is available; participants who register the same day are not guaranteed a shirt or a finisher medal.
Participants are generally provided with shirts, bibs, and finisher medals. Event shirts are not guaranteed for registrations completed after 5/30/2026.
All are welcome to participate as walkers, runners, or cheerleaders. A free kids 1K is also offered as part of the community activities.
