Manitou Triathlon : event overview
The Manitou Triathlon, managed by Midwest Multisport Races, takes place at Ramsey County Beach / White Bear Lake County Park (5050 Lake Avenue, White Bear Lake, MN 55110) on Sunday, June 28, 2026. The event includes triathlon and aqua options and allows relay teams. Race packets are distributed on race day at the park and include a race bib, timing chip, event shirt if selected, and a finisher medal. Professional photography will be on site and official results are provided by FrontRunner USA. Close, free parking is available with overflow parking.

- Sprint: 0.5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Aqua Sprint: 0.5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23.3 mile bike, no run
All triathlons use a time trial and self-seeded start format. Athletes must wear the timing chip on the left ankle. The bike route is described as resurfaced and the run course as a flat paved surface along White Bear Lake. Awards include top overall male and female finishers and top three male and female finishers in each age group (19 and Under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+).
