Manitou Tri
Manitou Tri is managed by Midwest Multisport Races and takes place at White Bear Lake County Park, Ramsey County Beach. The venue features high water levels, a recently resurfaced bike route, and a flat paved run along White Bear Lake.
Race distance options include:
- Sprint: .5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Aqua Sprint: .5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23.3 mile bike, no run
- Relay: any race option may be completed as a relay team
All triathlons use time trial and self seeded starts. Timing chips must be worn on the left ankle. Packet pick-up is held the morning of the race at White Bear Lake County Park and includes race bib, timing chip, event shirt if selected, and finisher medal. Women's shirts run small; men's shirts are generously sized. Registrations made within two weeks may receive shirts by mail and sizes are not guaranteed. Race day registration accepts cash or check only. A 10 percent military discount applies with paper registration and payment by check.

Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to the top three male and female athletes in each age group. Age groups include 19 and Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70-plus. Award winners must be present to receive awards; shipping is the recipient's responsibility. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
