Manitou Days 5K
Manitou Days 5K is a community run that kicks off the Manitou Days celebrations along the south shore of White Bear Lake. The course follows paved trails on the lake's south end and both the start and finish are located at Admiral D's lakefront restaurant and patio, where a post race gathering with food and drinks takes place during the awards ceremony. Location: 4424 Lake Ave S, White Bear Lake, MN 55110.

Race day packet pick-up is at Admiral D's and packets include a race bib, timing chip, a custom molded finisher medal, and an event shirt if that option was selected. Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's shirts are generously sized. Registrations within three weeks of the event receive shirts by mail after the race and requested sizes are not guaranteed.
All ages and abilities are welcome. Strollers and leashed dogs are allowed. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost to participants. A 10% military discount is available for paper registrations submitted with a check. Results are provided by FrontRunnerUSA.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three male and female finishers in each listed age group; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.
