Manitou Days 5K

Manitou Days 5K is a community road run held on the south shore of White Bear Lake with start and finish at Admiral D's restaurant on the lake. The course follows paved trails on the lake's south end and includes a water stop at the 5k turnaround. The event includes on-site professional photography provided at no additional cost, with no guarantee every participant will be photographed.

All ages and abilities are welcome. Strollers and leashed dogs are encouraged and allowed on the course. Results for the event are provided by FrontRunnerUSA.

Packet pick-up is held on race day at Admiral D's and includes the race bib, timing chip, a custom molded finisher medal, and optional event shirt and special offers. Those registered shortly before the event may receive shirts by mail after the race; requested sizes are not guaranteed and shipping costs are reflected in a price increase. Cash or check only is accepted for race-day registration. A 10% military discount applies to paper registrations submitted with a check.

Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age group divisions may be adjusted if participation is low. Winners must be present to receive awards; if shipping is requested, the recipient pays shipping costs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
