Manitou Days 5K
The Manitou Days 5K is a community road run held on the south shore of White Bear Lake with start and finish at Admiral D's restaurant on the lake. The 5k follows paved trails on the lake's south end and offers lake views along the route. A kids fun run for ages 9 and under is also offered.
Participants receive a race packet on race day at Admiral D's that includes a race bib, timing chip, a custom molded finisher medal, and optional event shirt. Professional photography is provided on site. Results are supplied by Frontrunner USA.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups; age group divisions may be adjusted if participant numbers are low. Winners must be present to receive awards; shipping for awards is the recipient's responsibility.
The event welcomes strollers and leashed dogs. A water stop serves the 5k turnaround. The finish area and awards take place on Admiral D's waterfront patio where food and beverage options are available during the post-race gathering.
