Event Overview
The Manitou Days 5K is an annual running event held in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. This race serves as the kickoff for the local Manitou Days floral festival and celebrations. The course is situated along the south shore of White Bear Lake, offering views of the water as participants follow paved trails.

Course and Amenities
The event starts and finishes at Admiral D's restaurant. The 5 km route includes a dedicated water stop at the turnaround point. It is an inclusive event open to all ages and abilities; both strollers and leashed dogs are welcome on the course.
Participants receive a race bib, timing chip, and a custom molded finisher medal. Professional photography is provided on-site, and a post-race party is held on the lakefront patio of Admiral D's. This gathering includes an awards ceremony where refreshments are available for purchase.
Awards
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers. Additionally, ribbons are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in various age categories, ranging from 19 and under to 70 and older. Results are tracked via electronic timing chips.
