Manitou Days 5K

The Manitou Days 5K is a community run held on the south shore of White Bear Lake with start and finish at Admiral D's restaurant and a finish gathering on the lakefront patio. The course uses paved trails on the south end of the lake and offers lake views and a post race gathering with food and drinks available during the awards ceremony.

The event includes a main 5k and a kids fun run. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost, though not every participant is guaranteed to be photographed. Results are provided by FrontrunnerUSA.

Packet pick-up is on race day at Admiral D's before the race. Race packets include a race bib, timing chip, a custom molded finisher medal, an event shirt if selected, and other items. Registered participants receive a pre-race email the Monday evening prior to the event with details and category breakdowns. Shirt sizing notes state women's shirts are fitted and run small while men's shirts are generously sized; late registrations may receive shirts by mail and requested sizes are not guaranteed.

Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age group divisions and award distribution may be adjusted if participation levels require it.
