Phoenix Running Manchester is holding a timed, lap-based running event at Hardy Farm, Brookburn Road, Manchester, M21 8FE. The course is an off-road riverside towpath with no overall elevation gain or loss, described as flat. Light trail shoes are suitable, or road shoes if the ground has been dry. The event permits running multiple laps within a 7-hour maximum time limit. Minimum distance is one lap, 3.28 miles.

Logistics and services
Bibs are collected on the day and a rock-up option is available. Parking for 75 cars is provided at Hardy Farm on a first-come, first-served basis; other public car parks at Sale Water Park are about a 15-minute walk away. A fully stocked aid station offers bananas, pretzels, jelly sweets, biscuits, cola and more, with vegan and gluten-free options. The organiser donates £1 for every finisher to Manchester and Cheshire Dogs' Home. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under under UK Athletics rules.
