Manasquan Beach Fun Run/Walk & Party (Two Miles)
This annual two mile fun run and walk is scheduled for February 20, 2027, with a snow date on February 27, 2027. The event serves as a fundraiser for Manasquan Cares, an organization that provides local food assistance, health-related support, and occasional monetary aid. Over the past 20 years the event has helped raise more than $300,000 for this cause.
The course covers 1 3/4 miles on the local streets of Manasquan and Beach Walk, plus 1/4 mile on the beach. Registration includes a race bib, a custom hooded sweatshirt designed by Dr. T-Shirt, and access to a free buffet at the post race party held at Leggett's Sand Bar, located at 217 First Avenue, Manasquan, NJ. Awards are presented to the top overall finishers, with recognition for the top 10 male and female finishers.
Late registration and pickup of sweatshirts and bibs are handled at Leggett's Sand Bar on the day before and on event day. The post race celebration at Leggett's includes the buffet and the awards presentation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
