Man Up & Down - Portreath

Man Up & Down 2025 is a challenging 20 km trail run set along the stunning North Cornish Coast, starting from Portreath and finishing in Perranporth. This event, supporting Man Down Cornwall, aims to address the emotional and mental health needs of men facing modern societal pressures. Participants will receive a medal, with awards for top finishers and free race photography.

The event encourages optional donations to support community initiatives. Additional offerings include a return shuttle service and a commemorative race t-shirt.
