MammothMarch Missouri : Defiance Ridge Vineyards
MammothMarch Missouri is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026, and the event is currently sold out; a wait list is available for additional tickets. The event uses a single-circuit hiking loop that starts and finishes at Defiance Ridge Vineyards, 2711 South Highway 94, Defiance, MO 63341.
The route crosses the Weldon Spring Conservation Area and follows a mix of trails including Hamburg Trail, Lewis & Clark Trail, and Katy Trail. The course covers 20 miles with a total elevation gain of about 1,100 ft. Terrain varies between paved and unpaved hiking trails, dirt trails, gravel roads, and forest floor.
Aid and refreshment stations are positioned along the route, roughly every 5 to 7 miles, and provide toilets, food, and drinks; these refreshments are included with ticket purchase. Parking is complimentary on site. All finishers receive a personalized certificate and a finisher medal; participants who do not complete the full distance receive a certificate noting the mileage covered. MammothMarch issues hiking passes and will provide 2026 event stamps for qualifying participants.
