2026 Mama-Run Supporting Molly's Bridge
The Mama-Run is an annual community event held in Savannah, Georgia. Now in its sixth year, the event serves as a fundraiser for Molly's Bridge, an organization focused on developing supportive communities of transitional homes for partner families. The event is open to the public and welcomes participants of all abilities, including those who wish to walk or run.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- Kids Fun-Run: A 500 yard course for children.
- 5K: A 3.1 mile traditional run or walk.
- 10K: A 6.2 mile long-distance option.
The course is located at the Coastal Cathedral Church of God in the Berwick Plantation area. Both the start and finish lines are situated at the church, with the route winding through the local neighborhood.
There are multiple ways for individuals to participate beyond running. Attendees can register as individuals, set up fundraising pages, or contribute by sponsoring other runners. The event also relies on volunteers to assist with race day operations and packet pickup, which takes place the day before the main event.
