Malham 10k Trail Race
The Malham 10k Trail Race is the third event in the Due North Trail Trilogy held on 5 September 2026. The race starts and finishes at Malham Show Field (BD23 4DA) and follows a partially way marked trail that passes through Malham Cove and Malham Tarn. The route includes a climb to Weets Top followed by a long descent with views across the surrounding area.
Facilities listed for the event include drinks stations offering water and juice, a post-race meal (pie, soup or similar), a complimentary bottle of beer, Due North merchandise, sponsor goodies, and free car parking. A toilet block with male and female toilets is provided in the race field.
Runners must be at least 17 years old. Minimum kit requirements specified for the event include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, and a cup or bottle for water since cups are not provided at the drinks stations. Competitors are also asked to carry a mobile phone with the race-day number stored and a location app such as OS Locate or ViewRanger.
Prizes will be awarded on the day for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female, open and non-binary categories, and first in veteran categories V40, V50, V60 and V70 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
