Malcolm FFA Halloween Fun Run
The event takes place at Malcolm Public Schools in Malcolm, Nebraska on October 31, 2026. It comprises a children’s trick or treat 1 mile, a 1 mile fun run/walk, and a 5k open to all ages. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
Distances
- 1 mile - kids trick or treat run for ages 12 and under
- 1 mile - fun run and walk open to all ages
- 5k - open to all ages with age group prizes for fastest female and male
Registration opens August 1, 2026 and closes October 30, 2026. Entry fees published for each event are: kids 1 mile $15.00, 1 mile fun run/walk $20.00, and 5k $25.00. Packet pickup will be available on the day of the event at Malcolm Public Schools.
Children who complete the kids 1 mile fun run receive a goodie bag. Parents may accompany children in the kids 1 mile without paying a race fee; accompanying parents will not receive a t-shirt or goodie bag. The 5k awards prizes to the fastest female and male runner in each age bracket. A free will donation breakfast will be served at Malcolm Public Schools on the day of the event.
