Event overview
The Maine Coast Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K takes place in Wells, Maine on May 2 and 3, 2026. Courses run along the coast and include views of beaches and marshlands. The 2025 event sold out before race day.

Registration includes race swag, a commemorative finisher medal, free finisher photos, and professional timing. A post-race party at Wells Harbor Community Park will feature live music, snacks, and two complimentary beers for attendees 21 and older. Weekend events include Maine Mile Madness, a one-mile timed segment between miles 10 and 11 with prizes for the top three men and women and the 207th finisher, and the Coastline Challenge, which awards three medals and bonus swag to participants who run two races.
