Maiden City Games (Hyrox Simulation) Chapter VIII
The eighth edition of the Maiden City Hyrox simulation takes place on Saturday 24 October 2026 at Sean Dolans in Derry. The event follows the Hyrox simulation format: 8 km of running combined with eight workout stations. It is presented as one of Ireland’s first Hyrox simulations and as an official pre-Dublin preparation.
Categories listed for the day include solo and doubles divisions for male and female athletes, mixed doubles, team relay, and a teen and Half Rox option. Participants receive timing with splits printed as they finish, free professional race photos, and a Chapter 8 finishing patch. The event also features a DJ and podium flags for athletes.
