Event Details
The MahoneySabol 5K takes place on the roads around TPC River Highlands in Cromwell. The event is associated with the Travelers Championship PGA Tour stop. There are multiple race options, including a 5K and a Fitness Walk. A Kids Fun Run is also offered for free, with distances of a half-mile or one mile for children aged 2–11.
Participant Information
All runners and walkers are welcome to participate. Registration includes a short-sleeve technical shirt for participants. Post-race refreshments include a variety of food and, for those aged 21 and over with valid ID, beer.
Charitable Cause
The event is a charity partner race that benefits the Hospital for Special Care Neuromuscular Care Center, which treats conditions such as ALS, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, and movement disorders.
