About the race
The Magna Carta Spring event, scheduled for April 26, 2025, is a scenic running event held in Runnymede, near the historic site where the Magna Carta was signed in 1215. Participants can choose from a marathon, half marathon, or 10K race, all starting at the Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club along the River Thames. The course features a mix of out-and-back loops, showcasing beautiful views of the Thames Path, including landmarks like the Queen Elizabeth statue and JFK Memorial.
