Arctic One Tri and Paratri Festival 2026
The Arctic One Tri and Paratri Festival is an inclusive multi-sport event held at the Dorney Lake venue in Windsor. The competition takes place on closed roads around the lake and serves as a host for several major titles, including the British Paratriathlon Championships, the British Sprint Distance Championships, and the English Sprint Distance Championships. It also functions as a qualifier for the World Sprint Distance Triathlon.
The festival features a variety of distances and formats to accommodate different participation preferences. Competitors can choose between separate waves for para and non-para athletes. There are also options to compete in relay teams or race alongside family and friends in the same wave.
Participants can choose from the following event distances:
- Sprint Triathlon / Paratriathlon: A 750m swim, 20km cycle, and 5km run.
- Sprint Aquabike: A 750m swim and 20km cycle.
- Super Sprint: A 400m swim, 10km cycle, and 2.5km run.
- Super Duper Sprint: A 200m swim, 5km cycle, and 1.5km run.
The Sprint and Super Sprint events are open to entrants aged 15 and over, while the Super Duper Sprint distance is available for those aged 11 and over. Specific championship waves are restricted to eligible members, such as those from Hillingdon Tri. The venue is accessed via Junction 7 of the M4, following the B3026 into the village of Dorney and onto Court Lane. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
