The Midwest Financial Group Madison Mini Marathon takes place on August 8, 2026, at Memorial Union Terrace, 800 Langdon St, Madison, WI. The event includes multiple distance options and is centered in downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin area.

The course passes several Madison landmarks, including Capitol Square, the Dane County Farmer’s Market, State Street, Camp Randall Stadium, the Kohl Center, the Arboretum, Picnic Point, and the UW campus. The route offers views of Lake Mendota near the Memorial Union Terrace finish area.

After the race, the 14th Mile Post-Race Party at Memorial Union Terrace features live music and lake views. Participants aged 21 and over receive one complimentary beer courtesy of Wisconsin Distributors; non-alcoholic options such as soft drinks and bottled water are available. Entries include a fully sublimated unisex tech T-shirt, a custom finisher medal, finisher snacks, professional race timing, free digital race photos, and participant tracking. Additional event services noted by the organizer include an indoor pre-race warm-up area and restrooms, pacers for the half marathon, nearby parking, and race merchandise available for purchase.
