Madison Central DanceBlue For The Kids 5K
This event is a measured 5K (3.1 miles) run and walk held at White Hall Park in Richmond, Kentucky on October 31, 2026. The course uses the park's paved trails and is fully paved. Timing and race management are provided by RaceRise. Awards are given to top finishers.
Registration for the 5K opens August 30, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026. The registration fee for the 5K is $25.00. Student pricing is available with a $10 discount for participants 17 and under. Participants receive a commemorative unisex race T shirt while supplies last. Packet pickup is available on race day.
Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are permitted on the course. Post race provisions include food, drink, music and fellowship. Social teams may be formed and there is a prize for the largest team.
There is also a volunteer opportunity associated with the event. Organizers seek six to eight volunteers to work a race day shift. Volunteer registration opens August 30, 2026 and closes October 30, 2026. Volunteers who work a full shift receive a race shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
