MacTuffX Brighton - Withdean Stadium, 18 July 2026
MacTuffX Brighton is a functional fitness racing event in the MacTuffX UK series, which covers more than 30 venues in nearly 30 cities. Entrants must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event. Entry types include solo, doubles, and relay team options.
The event format combines running with ten repeated exercise stations called Xercises. Two distance formats are offered, effectively a classic distance and a double distance.

- Doubles X 10 x 400m
- Doubles 2X 10 x 800m
- Relay X 10 x 400m (team of 5)
- Relay XX 10 x 800m (team)
The Xercises list includes movements such as alternating snatch, kettlebell deadlift, Zercher carry, burpee broad jump and various carries and slamball movements. Repetition counts and event weights differ by division and by gender; specific weights and rep schemes are set for each Xercise. A LITE weight division is available for participants who choose lower load options while competing alongside standard divisions.
Event data is published on a leaderboard with breakdowns by race, division, Xercise, gender and age group, and live data is accessible on smartphones and event screens. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
