Event Overview
The Macknade event in Faversham offers a choice of a multi-terrain 10k or half marathon. The route goes into the countryside outside Faversham and includes views across valleys, along country lanes, and paths. The start and finish are at Macknade Fine Foods, a venue established in 1847.
Post-Run Atmosphere
After the run, the venue offers an outdoor food village, a café, and food and drink tastings. There is also a live band. The event atmosphere encourages participants to stay and enjoy music, food, and drink. Venue facilities include toilets, free parking, and refreshments.
Entry Details
Entry fees are as follows:
- 10k: £24 for affiliated club members and £26 for unaffiliated runners in advance; £30 on the day.
- Half Marathon: £30 for affiliated club members and £32 for unaffiliated runners in advance; £40 on the day.
