About the race
M10 Swansea is a road running event organised by Aspire X Events, scheduled for 28 February 2027 along Swansea Promenade. The event offers two measured race distances that follow the promenade and use a start and finish area near The Secret Bar & Kitchen on the large grass area by the cenotaph.
- 10 mile route along Swansea Bay Promenade
- 5 mile route along Swansea Bay Promenade
The course is described as flat and scenic. The route will be fully marked and supported by marshals throughout. The event is affiliated with Welsh Athletics and is licensed accordingly; competitors should note that headphones are not permitted and must follow marshal instructions.
Included services and facilities on race day are a finisher's medal, chip timing, event facilities, and water stations. Parking is available at the Recreation Ground Car Park with additional nearby parking locations; charges may apply. Entry pricing ranges from GBP 30.99 to GBP 36.99 depending on distance. The event provides an award ceremony and a cut off time on the day, and organisers advise participants to be mindful of other path users and to keep to the left where possible.
