Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Shreveport
The Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon takes place on March 28, 2026 at Walker Place Park, 4832 Brookshire Arena Dr, Bossier City, LA 71112. The event program includes these distances:

Each of those distances also has a no shirt option, and virtual options are offered for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon.
Every participant receives a custom finisher medal. Awards are presented in each distance with top overall placements and age group awards in the standard five year brackets, including masters categories for older age groups up to 80 and over.
The course is described as mostly flat. Water stations are provided at approximately 1.5 mile intervals. The course cutoff for the half marathon is 3.5 hours, equivalent to a 16 minute per mile pace. Virtual participants may run on a course of their choice and must submit their time by the end of race day; virtual packages are shipped the Monday after the event to continental US addresses.
Registration is offered in stages including preview, early bird, regular, late, and race day pricing, and participants registered by the posted deadline are guaranteed race swag in their size.
