About the race
LRC Tees Trailtastic is a trail running event held in County Durham, starting and finishing at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle. Designed for those seeking an off-road adventure rather than a competitive race, it offers two scenic courses along the Teesdale Way: a 9-mile circular route and a shorter 3.5-mile course. Both routes feature rolling terrain with gentle inclines and descents, mostly off-road.
The event welcomes runners aged 15 and above, with a three-hour cut-off time, and includes marshalled and signposted trails. Amenities include aid stations, toilets, and post-run yoga sessions.
