Lover's Lane - Chester, VT
Lover's Lane is a time-based trail running event held in Chester, Vermont on August 8, 2026. The event offers two time options:
- 12 hour
- 6 hour
The course is a 1.8 mile loop with approximately 280 feet of elevation gain and loss per loop. Trails include a mix of single-track, double-track, and jeep trails. The event is described as a fat ass style format and is presented with minimal support.
Organizers provide basic aid and food items, including an Untapped Maple Aid electrolyte drink, snacks, and burgers and hot dogs with vegetarian options. Participants are asked to bring any special dietary items they need and to share extra food items with others. Not all items will be available on site.
The run begins and ends at the Chester town park, which has substantial parking. Onsite amenities include a pool with a lifeguard when weather permits, a skate park, softball fields, tennis courts, walking trails, and an 18-hole disc golf course. Families and spectators can use these facilities while runners are on course.
