Lovers Lane 2 Mile & Relay
The event at Bridgeway Station in Simpsonville, SC on February 12, 2027 offers a 2 Miles course that can be run solo or as a two person couples relay. The relay pairs each runner on the same two mile route; teams receive one combined time.
The course is flat and fast, an out and back along Corso Drive that crosses the Lovers Lane Bridge and stays entirely within Bridgeway Station. There is no on-course aid station for this short route; water is available inside Bridgeway Station and each entry includes one free drink from Bridgeway Brewery with non-alcoholic options noted.
Race services include chip timing with live results, a custom race bib with the runner’s name, a custom finisher medal, a custom race tattoo, and swag-filled goodie bags from local sponsors. Complimentary professional finish-line photos are provided. Prizes are awarded to fastest couples and best-dressed duos; overall trophies go to the top three male and female finishers, and age group awards are given across 15 age categories from 0–9 through 80+.
Logistics note that parking at Bridgeway Station is free and within about 100 meters of the start and finish areas. Dogs and headphones are allowed.
