Love to Run : Madison, AL
The Love to Run event takes place on February 14, 2026, at Palmer Park, 574 Palmer Rd., Madison, AL 35758. The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Fun Run (1 Mile finishers receive a ribbon)
The 1 Mile Fun Run is scheduled to occur after the 5K finishes. The 5K is described as a certified course.
Logistics and race details
Registration fees are listed by date range. For the 5K: Oct 1 – Dec 31: $25; Jan 1 – Jan 31: $35; late registration: $40. For the 1 Mile: Oct 1 – Dec 31: $15; Jan 1 – Jan 31: $20; late registration: $25. Packet pickup is Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Madison, and Saturday, 6:45 – 7:45 AM at the race site. Parking is at Palmer Park. Portojohns will be available near the start and finish.
Course notes: participants should line up by pace, keep right on the greenway, and expect returning traffic on the route; a lead bike will guide the field. Awards are listed as TBD.
