Event overview
The 5K Love Run is on February 28, 2026 in Norris, Tennessee. The event is hosted by the Child Advocacy Center of Anderson County, Tennessee and will benefit children in Anderson County. The race uses a USATF certified 5K course (TN24038MS) and is being timed by Total Race Solutions. The event includes both in-person and virtual options.

Logistics, awards and rules
The race starts and finishes in front of Norris Middle School at 5 Norris Square, Norris, TN 37828. There are three aid and water stations on the 5K route. All pre-registered runners are guaranteed a race-day event T-shirt; virtual participants receive a shirt that must be claimed at packet pickup and are not eligible for awards. Awards include overall male and female winners for the 5K and 1 mile, top three finishers in multiple age groups from 10 & under through 75 & up, and team category awards. Early packet pick-up is scheduled for February 26, 2026 at Fleet Feet in Knoxville. Strollers are allowed if started near the back of the pack; pets are requested to remain at home. The RaceJoy app will be available for GPS progress alerts, live tracking and virtual results; participants must carry their phone to use it.
