Event overview
The 5K Love Run takes place on Saturday, February 28, 2026 in Norris, Tennessee. The event is hosted by the Child Advocacy Center of Anderson County, Tennessee and will benefit children in the Anderson County area. Course, timing and awards
The 5K course is USATF certified (TN24038MS) and the event is a timed race managed by Total Race Solutions. There are three aid and water stations on the 5K route. The fun run is a timed 1 mile course. Overall awards will be given to the first male and first female finishers; those overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. Individual awards will be given to the top three finishers in age groups from "10 & under" through "75 & up." Team awards will be given to winners in each team category.
Registration and logistics
All pre-registered runners are guaranteed a race-day event T-shirt; organizers anticipate providing a shirt to all participants. Early packet pick-up is available at Fleet Feet, 11619 Parkside Dr., Knoxville, TN 37934. Race day registration is available online on-site via smartphone, laptop, or tablet, subject to closing before the race. Strollers are allowed if started near the back of the pack. Pets are requested to remain at home. Volunteers who sign up before February 20 will receive a shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
