Event Overview

The LOVE like JJ 5K is an annual running and walking event held on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The event supports the LoveLikeJJ organization, a 501(c)(3) charity focused on fulfilling basic needs and creating opportunities for children in the community.

Event Details

The event features two options:

5K Run/Walk: An in-person event at Corwin Nixon Park in Mason, Ohio.
Virtual 5K: A remote participation option where participants complete the distance on their own course.

The in-person event includes a performance t-shirt for those who register by May 13, 2026, music, drinks, snacks, and activities for kids, including a free Italian ice. It uses chip timing via disposable bib tags. Registration is online only, including on race day. A staggered start is planned for competitive runners and leisure runners/walkers.

Registration and Fees

By April 15, 2026: $30 for adults, $20 for youth (17 & under).
From April 16, 2026: $35 for adults, $25 for youth. A $5 discount applies automatically for youth registrations for the in-person 5K.
