LOVE like JJ 5K
The LOVE like JJ 5K is a fundraising 5 kilometer run and walk held on June 6, 2026 at Corwin Nixon Park in Mason, Ohio. The event offers both an in person 5K and a Virtual 5K option so participants may complete the distance on site or on their own course and submit a virtual time.
Proceeds support LoveLikeJJ, a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on meeting basic needs for children and engaging the local community to provide practical support. The event includes chip timing using MyLaps disposable bib tags with the timing chip on the bib number.
Participants who register by May 17, 2026 will receive a special 2026 performance t-shirt; registrations after that date are not guaranteed a shirt. Entry fees vary by date and age: registrations through April 15, 2026 are listed as $30 for adults and $20 for kids 17 and under, with higher fees after April 15. All registrations are online only, including on race day.
The in person event features music, drinks, snacks, sponsor tables, and kids activities. Registered children receive one free Italian ice from the Chill Out Truck. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to top male and female finishers in standard age divisions including 12 and under through 60 plus.
