About the race
Love in Action 5K Run/Walk is held at Venetian Shores Park, 850 Venetian Blvd, Lindenhurst, NY. The event includes a 5K Run/Walk and a Kids Fun Run, and takes place rain or shine. Participants can enjoy bagels, water, coffee, snacks, live results, and free finish-line photos.
Personalization is available with bibs for registrants who sign up at least three weeks in advance, and shirts are awarded to the first 50 registrants. Awards cover the top overall male/female and several age groups. Proceeds benefit The McGarry “Love in Action” Foundation, aiding foster youth and families facing cancer.
