Louisville Lovin' the Hills takes place on February 7, 2026, in Fairdale, KY at 12304 Holsclaw Hill Road. The event offers multiple distances:

Course and logistics
The course is single-track trail through forest and is described as a set of linked trail segments. The 6-mile uses the Red/Orange Trail. The 15-mile adds the Blue, Yost, and Purple Heart segments. The 50K further adds Siltstone and Scott’s Gap.
There are annual training runs in January before the race; exact dates are posted separately. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at Quest Outdoors, 4600 Shelbyville Rd, Suite 133, Louisville, KY. A pasta dinner with meat and vegan options is offered during packet pickup. Race-morning packet pickup is also available at the race start location.
After the race participants gather at the start/finish building for soup and awards. Prizes are provided by Quest Outdoors. Each participant receives a wooden medal, and additional swag such as headwear is offered to early registrants for the 50K or 15-mile distances. Runners who register for Land Between the Lakes and report completing both events receive a special award. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
