About the race
Run Forest Run Loughgall is a 5K and 10K forest run held at Loughgall Country Park, 11-14 Main Street, Loughgall, Armagh BT61 8HZ. It is listed as the fourth race in the Run Forest Run Series and the first race of the new year.
The course starts close to the park Reception and passes the main gates, forest paths around the estate, the golf course and the lake. Surfaces are a mixture of tarmac and gravel, so running shoes or trail shoes are suitable depending on weather conditions. The route is not suitable for buggies.

Entry is primarily online and race packs are posted to participants to arrive by the Thursday before the race; postal options include Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland at an additional cost. Standard entry and early bird rates are published, with separate junior rates and age thresholds for the 5K and 10K. Registration processing fees apply in addition to entry fees. If the event does not sell out, a limited on-the-day entry may be offered with an additional fee.
Event services and rules include individual chip timing, a Run Forest Run medal, a race number, complimentary post-race refreshments, no pets, and no water stations on course. Toilet and shower facilities are available in several park buildings. A concession car parking fee applies per car.
