Lost Soul Ultra

Lost Soul Ultra is an endurance trail race held in the scenic Oldman River valley near Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, on the traditional lands of the Blackfoot, Cree, and Metis peoples. The event features three distances: 100 miles, 100 kilometers, and 50 kilometers. The course consists of laps approximately 51 km long, each with about 1,100 meters of elevation gain spread over 14 hills.

The 100-mile and 100K races start Friday, with cutoffs of 33 and 21 hours respectively, while the 50K begins Saturday with an 11-hour cutoff.
