Lost Soul Ultra

Lost Soul Ultra takes place in the Oldman River valley near Lethbridge, Alberta, on lands of the Blackfoot, Cree and Metis. The event offers three distances: 100 mile, 100K, and 50K. A single 51 km lap climbs about 1,100 m (3,600 ft), with most hills 50–80 m and about 14 rises per lap.

In 2025 the course starts and finishes at Softball Valley; the 100K is two laps of the 50K course, and the 100 mile includes an extra 9 km at the start. It’s billed as the prairie’s toughest race with renowned aid stations; finishers receive a large etched rock. WSER qualifiers: 100 mile and 100K; entrants must be 18+.
