Event Details
The ASICS Los Angeles Marathon will be held on March 8, 2026. The event celebrates 41 years of running. The race weekend takes place from March 6 to March 8, 2026.
The marathon distance is 26.2 miles. The course is described as going "from Stadium to the Stars" and showcases Los Angeles's neighborhoods and landmarks.
Race Weekend Schedule
The weekend includes multiple activities. There is a two-day Lifestyle Expo at Dodger Stadium on Friday, March 6, and Saturday, March 7. Bib pick-up is available there.
Other events during the weekend are the LA 5K and LA Kids Run on Saturday. The Charity Half Marathon and the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon are on Sunday, March 8.
Race day activities begin early. The Dodger Stadium parking lots open at 3:00 AM. Security checkpoints open at the same time. Gear check is open from 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM. Seeded corrals (A through E) open at 5:00 AM.
The race start for wheelchair, hand crank, and AWD participants is scheduled for 6:30 AM. The start for the pro men and the full field is at 7:00 AM. The Charity Half Marathon starts at 8:15 AM.
Participant Information
Participants receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal. The event features live entertainment along the course. There is a para athlete division.
