About the race
The ASICS Los Angeles Marathon takes place in Los Angeles on March 7, 2027 and is presented by The McCourt Foundation to support efforts to cure neurological diseases and strengthen community health.
The course runs from "Stadium to the Stars" and is described as a spectator and landmark lined 26.2 mile tour of the city, passing through multiple neighborhoods and notable locations. Race weekend spans multiple days and includes a two day lifestyle Expo and bib pickup at Dodger Stadium Lot G, the LA 5K and LA Kids Run on Saturday, and the Charity Half Marathon followed by the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon on Sunday.
Event services include large scale operations and participant support, live course entertainment, and enthusiastic spectator crowds. Participants receive a race t shirt and a finisher medal. The marathon also serves as the final stop for the Conquer LA Challenge medal and includes divisions for para athletes and wheelchair or hand crank competitors. The race receives live television coverage and streaming on NBC4 / KNBC, Telemundo 52 / KVEA, and Facebook.com/LAMarathon.
