2026 Loris "Chicken Run" Bog Off
This event is a 5K road race in downtown Loris, South Carolina, held as part of the Chamber of Commerce Loris Bog Off Festival. The race is presented by the Loris Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Horry County Parks and Recreation and takes place in Loris, SC 29569.
The race meeting, start line, and finish line are at the corner of Casey and Meeting Street in Loris. Street and field parking will be available on Meeting and Casey Street; parking passes are included in race packet pick-up. Packet pick-up is scheduled for October 16 in the atrium of the Government and Justice Center at 1301 Second Ave, Conway, SC. Additional late registration and packet pick-up are listed at the corner of Casey and Meeting Street in Loris.
Awards are given for overall male and female 1st through 3rd places and for age divisions based on net chip time. Age divisions are 0 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 plus. Awards must be collected in person; they will not be mailed.
