Lord of the Lakes
Lord of the Lakes is a five-race series in Omaha, NE that stages one race at each of five area lakes. The series covers a mix of race distances and dates from April through August. Series finishers receive a special commemorative medal. Series results are age graded and awards are given to the top male and top female overall, with additional age group awards.
Race distances and dates by lake:
- Lake Standing Bear - April 26 - 5K
- Lake Cunningham - May 24 - 10K
- Lake Flanagan - June 21 - 5 miles
- Lake Walnut Creek - July 12 - 5K
- Lake Wehrspann - August 2 - 10K
Registration is offered as a series entry or as individual races. Series registration is listed at $125 and individual race registration is listed at $35 each; displayed prices include processing and taxes where noted. Packet pickup is available the day before each race and at each lake up to 15 minutes before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
