Lord Hill Trail Run : February 21, 2026
The Lord Hill Trail Run takes place at Lord Hill Regional Park in Snohomish, Washington, with the start/finish area at 13900 Old Tester Road. The event offers multiple distances over natural single-track trails that include rocky sections, creek crossings, slippery bridges, and muddy surfaces.
Available distances:
- 5K
- 10 Mile
- 20 Mile
- 50K
- Kids race (approximately 0.9 mile, single-track)
- Brunch-run options for 10 Mile and 5K
Courses begin with a sustained climb up "the hill," then proceed on undulating forest trails. The 10-mile loop is used repeatedly for the 20-mile and 50K events. Elevation gain is listed approximately as: 5K 650 ft, 10M 1800 ft, 20M 3600 ft, and 50K 5400 ft. Aid stations are positioned along the longer courses (examples: mile 4.5; additional stations for 20M and 50K at miles 10, 14.5, 20, 24.5).
Parking is limited; 5K and 10-mile participants use off-site parking at Monroe High School with a continuous shuttle to the start/finish area. The event follows a cupless racing policy; participants must carry a refillable container. Trails remain open to other users during the event, and courses are marked with streamers and arrows. Every finisher receives a handmade finisher item produced using solar power. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
