The Lorain County Relay for Life 5K/1Mile takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio. The event offers multiple run and walk distances and includes family-oriented activities throughout the day.

The course is described as fast and flat. On-site activities scheduled for the day include a classic car show, a kids play zone with bounce houses and inflatables, a kids car show and touch-a-truck area, food trucks, raffles, and a silent auction. There are also opening ceremonies, a survivor lunch, and an evening luminaria. Course maps will be measured; distances shown on maps are GPS estimates.
Teams are supported through a prepaid membership package priced at $100 for four entries. Runner perks include a t-shirt and medal for 5K and 1 Mile participants and a medal for Kids' Sprint participants. Awards are listed for top finishers overall and in age groups.
