Accessible features include parking, pathways to portable restrooms, picnic areas, all-terrain wheelchairs for the grassy area, and a quiet sensory room. The event proceeds rain or shine. Full refunds are provided only if the event is cancelled. For individual cancellations up to two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee is refunded. There are no deferrals.
