DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike
This multisport event is held at Bayview Park in Long Beach, New Jersey. It offers individual and relay options across triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike formats, and takes place on a single race day in September 2027.
Registration is digital only and closes at the start of the race. Athletes must pick up their own packets and show photo identification at pickup. Check-in and packet pickup are available the day before and on race day. Annual USAT members must bring their membership ID; single event membership options are allowed for nonmembers.
Race venues and course notes: the swim occurs in the bay and the bike and run take place on roads through Long Beach Island and Beach Haven. The course is described as flat.
Event distances
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile swim, 10.75 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 10.75 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim, 10.75 mile bike
Awards and services: event awards include overall and age group placements plus division awards such as Clydesdale, Athena, Adaptive, and Non-Binary categories; relay awards are also given. Participants receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal. Refreshments are provided at the finish and split results are posted on race day.
