About the race
Cupid's Chase 5K Seaside Heights takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Seaside Heights Boardwalk on Hiering Avenue in Seaside Heights, NJ. It is part of a national race series held each February to mark the founding of Community Options.
The event includes a certified 5K with professional timing and immediate posting of results. The race is fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed. It is held rain or shine and all registration fees are non-refundable. The event welcomes runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs, and event sponsors.
To guarantee a Cupid's Chase shirt, registration is requested by January 1, 2026; after that date shirts are available while supplies last. Giveaways listed for the event include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
