2026 London Spartan Race, Courtland, Ontario
The Spartan Race takes place on September 13, 2026, at Gopher Dunes near Courtland, just outside London, Ontario. The venue uses rural farmland, forest trails, and rugged natural terrain. The event offers two main race formats with set obstacle counts and published starting ticket prices.
Distances
- 5 km Sprint - 20 obstacles, starting price C$86.
- 10 km Super - 25 obstacles, starting price C$94.
Course and obstacles
The courses include wide-open farmland sections, gritty forest trails, and off-road surfaces. Reported obstacles include Atlas Carry, A-Frame Cargo, Barbed Wire Crawl, Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, Bucket Carry, Hercules Hoist, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb, Sandbag Carry, Slip Wall, Spear Throw, and various walls. Organizers note additional location-specific obstacles will appear.
Finishers and extras
Sprint finishers receive a 2026 Spartan Sprint finisher medal, a finisher tee, and a Trifecta hex coin that pairs with other event coins earned the same year. The event also features a festival area with music and food and notes team entries can be purchased together to unlock savings. A service member discount of up to 25% is offered to eligible US military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and certain government employees via verification.
