2026 London Spartan Event Weekend
The London Spartan Event Weekend takes place in rural Courtland, Ontario, at the Gopher Dunes venue. Located in Southwestern Ontario near London, this event features obstacle course racing across a mix of open farmland, forest trails, and rugged natural terrain.
The courses are designed with fast-moving sections and various functional obstacles. Participants can choose between different race formats depending on their preference for distance and difficulty:
- Sprint 5K: A 5 km course featuring 20 obstacles.
- Super 10K: A 10 km course featuring 25 obstacles.
- PARA Heat: An adaptive category held during the Sprint distance.
The venue provides a raw backcountry atmosphere where the terrain includes gritty trails and wide-open spaces. The average duration for the 5 km Sprint distance is approximately 1 hour and 32 minutes.
In addition to individual participation, the event supports team registrations, allowing groups to secure the same start times.
