About the race
London Spartan Event Weekend takes place at Gopher Dunes in Courtland, Ontario, outside London. The weekend offers two Spartan obstacle-course distances: a 5 km Sprint with 20 obstacles and a 10 km Super with 25 obstacles, set through farmland, woodland trails, and rugged backcountry. The course is described as raw and unforgiving, built to push participants beyond their comfort zones, with classic Spartan obstacles such as Atlas Carry, rope climbs, barbed wire crawl, spear throw, and multi-rig.
