LMCU Bridge Run - Grand Rapids, MI
The LMCU Bridge Run is a multi-day running event held in Grand Rapids on September 19 and 20, 2026. The event base is on the west side of the historic 6th Street Bridge at 731 Front Ave NW. Course routes pass through downtown Grand Rapids and cross several historic bridges; the 10 Mile route also travels out to Riverside Park. Organizers describe the courses as relatively flat and stroller friendly.
The weekend includes in-person and virtual options, and a youth program at LMCU Ballpark. Distances offered include:
- 10 Mile in-person and virtual options
- 5K Run/Walk in-person and virtual options
- Kids Dash 200 meter and 400 meter options for youth
- Virtual 10 Mile
- Virtual 5K
Amenities and event features listed by the organizer include aid stations with water and Gatorade, GU energy packets on the 10 Mile course, spirit stations, course bands, pacers for the 10 Mile, and age group and overall cash awards for top finishers. A portion of race proceeds is donated to local groups. Age based pricing applies for participants 18 and under for in-person distances. Bib pickup locations are Gazelle Sports and LMCU Ballpark.
