Course and race details

The races start on the promenade opposite Venue Cymru and follow the promenade, up and down the Victorian pier, on to Rhos-on-Sea and back along the same route. The course is mostly flat except for a half-mile hill on the Little Orme. There will be some road closures, but not all roads are closed to traffic; runners must keep left and follow marshal instructions.

Drink stations are provided at approximately every 3 miles and at the finish. Toilets are available inside Venue Cymru and portable toilets will be placed at the halfway turning point. First aid cover is provided by a professional medical team with stations at the start, finish and on course; runners are asked to complete medical history information on the back of their race number. A technical T-shirt and bespoke medal are provided to all finishers. Headphones are not allowed except bone-conducting types. Littering outside water stations or marshal areas may lead to disqualification. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
