The event features two distances and uses a coastal route in Llandudno, with race headquarters at Venue Cymru. The course runs along the promenade to the Victorian pier, continues to Rhos on Sea and returns to Venue Cymru along the same route. The route is mostly flat with a roughly half-mile climb at the "Little Orme".
Distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10 Mile
Race headquarters is inside Venue Cymru where tea, coffee and snacks are available. Runners receive a race number and timing chip; an email before race day provides a link to view the race number which must be collected at race HQ. Parking in Llandudno is mainly pay and display; the closest parking areas are the Venue Cymru car park, promenade parking and the Victoria centre.
There are drink stations at approximately every three miles and at the finish; runners who need more water are advised to carry a bottle. Toilets are available inside Venue Cymru, on the promenade and at the halfway turning point. First aid is provided by a professional medical team; runners should complete medical history details on their race number. Headphones are not allowed except bone-conducting types. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a technical t-shirt. Prizes are awarded for the top three male and female finishers and first in each age category. Road closures are partial; runners should follow marshal instructions and keep left unless directed otherwise. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
