Turkey Trot Sunday 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon : Irvine
The Turkey Trot Sunday event takes place at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park in Irvine on November 29, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options that use marked out-and-back loops on the shared path through the park.
Available distances:
- 5k out-and-back route
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
The course is an open route on a shared path; participants are asked to be courteous to pedestrians, other runners, and cyclists. Check-in and the start/finish area are located near the back corner of the parking lot, closest to the stadium and softball field 1, adjacent to the path. Free parking is available in the lot.
Park restrooms are approximately 200–300 m (about a 5 minute walk) from the start/finish/check-in area. An additional restroom is roughly 0.62 miles (1 km) away at San Marco Park, and there is a path from the race route to that park.
Registration includes custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos and photos found by bib, live results at finish, cinematic highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, Ascend Index ranking and app access, an assortment of snacks, and group discount options. The event is a private reservation and is not endorsed or sponsored by the City of Irvine. No refunds; transfers are handled by the organizer.
