Littlehampton 10K
The Littlehampton 10K is an established road race that has been held for over 20 years. The event features a flat course on fully closed roads, providing a safe environment for participants to run along the Littlehampton seafront. The route passes local landmarks including colorful beach huts, award-winning architecture, and the UK's longest bench.
Participants have access to various race services and amenities on the day. The course is fully marshalled and includes professional medical cover. There is a water station located at the 5.2 km mark. Support is provided by pacemakers, and timing is tracked using chips built into the race bibs. After crossing the finish line, runners receive a medal, a goody bag with refreshments or snacks, and access to free finisher photos.
The available distances at this event include:
- 10 km road race
- Family Mile
The event supports the Chestnut Tree House charity, although runners may choose to fundraise for other causes. All entrants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the race. Spectators are allowed into the race village without an admission fee. Race pack collection is available on the morning of the event or at designated locations in Worthing and Littlehampton during the weeks leading up to the race.
