The South Coast Series X SHIFT. Hydration – Winter Trail 10

The South Coast Series and SHIFT. Hydration are holding a one-off winter trail run starting from the new South Coast Series unit at Golding Barn Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, Henfield BN5 9XH. The event is a social, non-competitive group run with no racing and no medals.

The route covers trails across the South Downs, drops into Steyning, crosses the river and returns via additional trails. The course includes several hills and muddy sections, so conditions may vary. The distance is 10 miles and runners should be comfortable covering that distance and have a reasonable level of running fitness.

This is a small pop-up run limited to 25 participants to keep the group social and relaxed. Every participant receives a custom The South Coast Series X SHIFT. Hydration T-shirt. Festive snacks are provided at the finish.

There is limited parking at the unit; organisers will work with neighbouring units to provide additional space. Beeding Hill car park is about a 10 minute walk away and may be a convenient option for some attendees.

This is a relaxed group run rather than an officially organised race. There will be no timing, marshals, medical teams or race-day support on the route. Participants should come prepared for winter conditions and manage their own safety while running with the group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
