Event overview
The Little Miami Half Marathon and 10K takes place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in Morrow, Ohio. The event is held at Phegley Park and offers two distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
Course and logistics
Both races start and finish in the village of Morrow and run largely on the paved Little Miami National Scenic Trail along the Little Miami River. The course is out-and-back with little to no elevation change and is fully separated from vehicle traffic. The 10K uses the same route with a turnaround approximately 3.45 miles into the course. Aid stations are located at miles 2.5, 3.25, 5.5, 7, 8.5, 10.75, and 11.5; gels are provided at the mile 7 aid station. Port-a-johns are placed on the half marathon course at miles 5.5 and 8.5.
Entry, timing and packet pickup
Entries include a gender-specific technical race shirt, a finisher medal, finish-line food, stocked aid stations, chip timing using a disposable bib tag, and professional finisher photos. Pre-race packet pickup is held the day before the event at Buckeye Running Company in Loveland; race day packet pickup is available at the race site. The half marathon course is USATF certified (OH10029PR).
Awards and rules
Top overall male and female finishers in each race receive awards. Age-group awards (top three) are given in these brackets: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. All finishers receive a medal. The event is held regardless of typical inclement weather; bicycles, skateboards, and roller skates are not allowed on the course.
