Little Miami Half Marathon & 10K : Morrow, Ohio
The event offers two measured road race distances staged from the village of Morrow, Ohio, just northeast of Cincinnati. Runners follow an out and back route on the paved Little Miami National Scenic Trail alongside the Little Miami River. The half marathon course is USATF certified (OH10029PR). The route has little to no elevation change and is closed to vehicular traffic along the trail.

Race services included with entry are a gender specific technical race shirt, a finisher medal, finish line food tables, a finish area expo, fully stocked aid stations and gels provided at the half marathon turn-around aid station, portable toilets at multiple locations, professional chip timing using disposable bib tags, and professional finisher photos. Packet pickup is available on the day before the race at a local running store and on race morning at the event site.
Parking is generally on the city streets of Morrow; some race staging locations do not offer onsite parking. The course has multiple spectator viewing points accessible by car. Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners in each race and to the top three in standard age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
