Registration and packet pickup
Entry fees are non-refundable; if the event is canceled, entry fees will be treated as donations to VAEF. T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered by April 24, 2026; sizes cannot be guaranteed for later registrations and race day entries do not include a shirt. T-shirts and medals will not be mailed to registrants who do not attend. Registration details include set entry fees for each event and a closing date for one event on May 2, 2026.
Timing, awards and parking
The 5K is timed by chip. Participants must wear their bib and timing tag to be eligible for awards. Awards include top overall male and female 5K winners; all participants receive a medal and division winners are posted at the race and online.
