Lions 10K Trail Run at Woodbury Common
The Lions 10K Trail Run is a single loop trail event held at Woodbury Common. The course follows natural trails and includes a few small climbs and several stream crossings. Start and registration take place in the grounds of the venue and registration is located at the start line. The event uses a mass start format.
Entry is fee based with a listed cost of £20 per runner and booking is available nearer the event date. All entrants must be at least 16 years old on race day. Medals are awarded to all finishers. Prizes are given to the first three men and the first three women, with the first place prizes for men and women including a sports massage donated by Ocean Physio + Rehab.
On-site facilities include toilets, a water filling station, male and female changing rooms and shower facilities, first aid provision, a bag drop, and free parking with limited spaces where car sharing is encouraged. The event is organised by Budleigh Salterton Lions CIO and lists sponsorship from Bright Blue C, Ocean Physio + Rehab, Bradleys Estate Agents, Otterton Mill and GD Construction.
