Lindley 10K
The Lindley 10K takes place in the village of Lindley, located near Huddersfield. This road race follows a route that starts and finishes on Lidget Street near the Lindley library. The event has a participation limit of 750 entrants, and the course is officially certified as an accurate distance. Race headquarters is situated at Bar 10 on Lidget Street.
The elevation profile of the course begins at 218 meters above sea level. Runners reach an elevation of 286 meters at the 3 km mark before descending to 142 meters at the 8 km point. The route concludes by returning to the original elevation of 218 meters at the finish line. Due to the nature of the course profile, it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Participants have access to specific facilities including water stations, distance markers along the route, and toilets. There are no changing facilities, showers, or baggage storage areas provided at the venue. All finishers receive a commemorative medal. Entry options include race registration only or a package that includes a race t-shirt. There is no registration available on the day of the event.
