The event features two distances that begin at the Lincoln Park Train Station on Park Avenue in Lincoln Park, NJ. The course is USATF certified and the event is a sanctioned race with chip timing provided by CompuScore.

Registration details include an early bird fee through August 31 for $25, and a standard fee from September 1 through October 10 for $40. Credit card fees apply to online registrations. Same day registrations will be accepted at the train station check-in. Registration can be completed online or by submitting a paper form to the Lincoln Park Recreation Department.
Registration includes a short sleeve tee for registrants; the first 150 registrants receive a tee and may choose a unisex or ladies scoop neck style. XXL sizes incur an additional $10 fee. The event has a no refunds policy and will be held regardless of weather.
Awards include trophies for the top female and male overall runners, and individual medals for the top three females and males in these age categories: 9 and under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 and up, and 80 and up.
